Hereinafter referred to as “WACKS”.

These terms apply to the purchase of products offered on the Website against payment of the publicly displayed price in EUROS (€).

By accepting these terms during checkout, you confirm that you are of legal age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Products displayed on the Website include their main characteristics, such as materials, colours, sizes and available options.

All prices shown are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT and any applicable indirect taxes.

Product images are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device screen.

Shipping costs will always be shown during checkout before confirming your order.

WACKS reserves the right to modify prices, products and these terms at any time without affecting orders already placed.

The checkout process is currently available exclusively in Spanish.

Orders are only considered completed once payment has been successfully processed.

Products offered on the Website are available for shipment to the territories listed below.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be informed immediately and refunded in full without delay.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Deliveries to PO boxes are not available.

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external logistics incidents.

Orders placed after 5 PM CET from Monday to Thursday, or after 11 AM CET on Fridays, will be processed on the next business day.

Product prices include VAT and all applicable taxes.

Invoices may be provided both physically with the shipment and electronically.

WACKS guarantees that products will conform to their description and specifications at the time of delivery.

Any manufacturing defect or lack of conformity must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@wacks.xyz including your order number and a description of the issue.

If the defect is confirmed, WACKS will repair, replace or refund the product at no additional cost.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@wacks.xyz with a clear statement indicating your intention to withdraw.

Returned products must be sent back within 14 days after notifying your decision.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs for withdrawals are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or sealed items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

These purchase conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Consumers retain the legal protections granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
